Designed By Marso owns all Intellectual Property Rights to all the templates. You cannot distribute, duplicate, or make the templates available to anyone, resell them in their original form, or modify them for resale.

Single Template License

You are allowed to utilize the purchased template(s) to create a single final product. The purchased template can only be used on one domain. Using the purchased template on multiple Framer websites is prohibited. In such cases, a separate template license must be purchased for each website.

Updates

During the commercial lifespan of the template, you are entitled to any templates updates that Designed By Marso releases. These may include fixes for any theme issues, improvements, or new features, which are typically released periodically or as needed to address user feedback or technical updates. If you find any bugs, please drop us an email with the issue to nuovakit@gmail.com.

Purchase and Refunds

If you are dissatisfied with the quality of the product you have purchased, please contact us and provide details about the reason for the refund. We have a 30-day money-back guarantee. Upon receipt of your refund request, we will review it and notify you of our decision.

Designed By Marso guarantees that all templates are created and maintained in compliance with relevant industry standards set by Framer. Our templates undergo rigorous internal quality assurance reviews to ensure their suitability for commercial sale.

Designed By Marso is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the product. We are not responsible for issues arising from improper installation, misuse, third-party conflicts, modifications, or unsupported browsers.
