These Terms & Conditions govern your use of designedbymarso.com and the
purchase of digital products from Designed by Marso.

By accessing the website or purchasing a template, you agree to these Terms.

Products

All products sold are digital Framer templates delivered electronically.
No physical goods are shipped.

Templates are delivered as a Framer remix link to the email provided at
checkout, allowing you to duplicate the template directly into your
Framer account.

Payments

All payments are securely processed through trusted third-party providers
such as Polar or Lemon Squeezy, which handle payment processing, billing,
and transaction security.

License & Usage

All templates sold by Designed by Marso are the intellectual property of
Designed by Marso. By purchasing a template, you are granted a
non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it under the following
terms:

Standard License
You are allowed to use the purchased template to create a single final
product. The template may only be used on one website (personal,
commercial, or client project). Using the same template on multiple
websites is prohibited — in such cases, a separate license must be
purchased for each website.

You may:
- Use the template for one website of your choice
- Customize, modify, and adapt it freely
- Receive all future updates to the template

You may not:
- Use the same template for multiple separate websites
- Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the template, in original or
modified form
- Sell or share parts of the template (sections, components, animations,
or design elements) separately
- Claim the template or its design as your own original work
- Submit the template or parts of it to other template marketplaces or
design directories
- Share source files publicly or privately
- Use the template for illegal or unethical purposes

Violation of these terms may result in license termination without refund.

Refund Policy

Designed by Marso offers a 7-day money-back guarantee on individual
template purchases to ensure customer satisfaction. Due to the digital
nature of the products, refunds are subject to the following terms and
conditions:

Refund Request
Customers must contact designedbymarso@gmail.com within 7 calendar days
of purchase to initiate the refund process.

Valid Reasons for Refund
Refund requests must include a valid and detailed explanation. Valid
reasons include:
- Technical issues that prevent the use of the template as intended
- Dissatisfaction with the product due to unmet expectations, provided
these expectations were within the scope of the product's advertised
features

Invalid Reasons for Refund
Refund requests will not be approved for the following reasons:
- Project cancellations or changes in project scope unrelated to the
template itself
- Lack of familiarity with the Framer platform or failure to review
Framer's associated costs before purchase
- Mistaken purchases, unless another template is selected as an exchange
- Change of mind without making reasonable use of the template

Resolution Before Refund
Before issuing a refund, customers must demonstrate that they have made
reasonable attempts to use the template. I may request that customers:
- Share details about the issue(s) encountered
- Review support materials provided (e.g., guides, tutorials, or FAQs)
- Participate in troubleshooting via email, if necessary

Template Unpublishing Requirement
Prior to refund approval, the customer must unpublish any websites or
projects created using the refunded template and remove the template
from their Framer account. Refunds will not be processed until this step
is confirmed.

Refund Denial
Designed by Marso reserves the right to deny refund requests if:
- The request does not meet the criteria outlined above
- The request is made after the 7-day window
- Evidence suggests the template has been used beyond evaluation purposes
(e.g., extensive customization or prolonged publication of a site)
- The customer has not made a reasonable attempt to resolve issues with
support first

Refund Acceptance and Processing
Once a refund request has been reviewed and accepted, the refund will be
processed within 1 working day. The purchase amount will be refunded
using the original payment method. Please note that it may take up to
10 business days for the refund to appear on the customer's bank
statement, depending on the payment provider.

All-Access Pass
The All-Access Pass is non-refundable due to the value and scope of the
product.

Support

Template purchases include lifetime email support for setup guidance and
template-related questions.

Custom development, design changes, or implementation services are not
included.

Bonuses

Some purchases may include third-party bonuses such as free months of
Framer Pro subscription. These bonuses are provided as a courtesy and
are subject to Framer's terms and availability. Designed by Marso is not
responsible for changes to or discontinuation of third-party bonus offers.

Third-Party Services

Templates sold on designedbymarso.com are designed for use with Framer,
a third-party platform. Your use of Framer is subject to their own terms
and pricing. A Framer account is required to use the templates.

Designed by Marso is not liable for issues arising from third-party
services, including payment processors (Polar, Lemon Squeezy), hosting
providers, or platform changes.

No Guarantees

While I aim to deliver high-quality templates, designedbymarso.com makes
no guarantees regarding specific business outcomes or results from using
the templates. All products are provided "as-is."

Limitation of Liability

Designed by Marso shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or
consequential damages, including loss of revenue, profits, or data,
arising from the use or inability to use the templates.

Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific product
in question.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the European Union.

Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be posted
on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the website or
products after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
