No physical goods are shipped.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of the product and the available preview, all template purchases are non-refundable.

Please ensure you review all product details carefully before purchasing.

Licensing

When purchasing a template, you are granted a license according to the option selected at checkout.

Pro License

Use for unlimited websites
Allowed for personal, commercial, or client projects
Not allowed to resell, redistribute, or sublicense the template

In all cases, ownership of the template design and structure remains with Designed by Marso.

Prohibited use

You may not:

Resell or redistribute the template as a template or competing product
Claim the template as your own original work
Share source files publicly or privately

Support

Template purchases include lifetime email support for setup guidance and template-related questions.

Custom development, design changes, or implementation services are not included.
